His wide experience in managing foreign workers for the companies across various sectors has given him in-depth insight of the industry & that helps him make the best decisions based on client's need. He ensures that Mufabil's client objectives are assigned & met in a timely fashion. He directs and supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives. He also enables peer support and relationships with other key management personnel & stakeholders.

Likith’s deep understanding of the Clients’ businesses enables Mufabil to offer and add competitive value to the Customers’ businesses through innovative solutions & services. A graduate in computer science & innovator with technology has rich experience of over 4 years as a Project Developer in a firm that provides Man Power Consultancy. The traditional ways of recruiting people by existing companies, had given him the idea to start his own company with innovative and 4th generation solutions to tackle today's human resource problems. This was the pinnacle of his career. He further, has a good experience in Training foreign workers, act as an interpreter to labour related queries & accounts. Likith’s vision is to build Mufabil into an expertise driven, innovative, nimble, proactive and responsive organization to serve the client requirements proactively, consistently and conscientiously.

Suman has 10+ years of experience & expertise in managing Business Development & Sales-Support Functions essential for productivity. She ensures that all Mufabil's Sales Organization Objectives are assigned & met in a timely fashion. She directs and supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives. Suman’s role is the most crucial in ensuring Mufabil’s competitiveness, survival and growth.
